    All of our candles are hand-poured with premium 100% soy wax and scented with phthalate-free fragrance oils. While creating our scents, we sought out different aromas in nature with the ultimate intent to transport your senses to an exotic landscape. As a result of using pure soy wax in our candles, you will notice a lighter and cleaner scent.

  • Sustainable & Eco-friendly

    We also made it part of our mission to use recycled materials where possible. We use 100% recycled paper for all of our labels and packaging along with jars made from 50% recycled glass. Additionally, you can find tips on how to clean out your candle jar after using it on our Blog. This will allow you to repurpose your Curious Candle jar.

What We Love…

  • We are a couple living in Austin, Texas. We absolutely love candles and use them for any occasion. Our journey started when we were removing several products made with toxic materials from our life. Our goal was to replace them with alternatives that are more natural. During this time, we also started looking for a cleaner burning candle. While there are many good options, we discovered a fun activity: pouring our own candles. We also found that the majority of candles were either clear or neutral colored jars. There are only very few colorful options. We have always been a couple that enjoys color around the house and felt that there was a need for more variety.


    Our vision developed from a desire to share these colorful candles with you and use the opportunity to impart our ideology in the form of wise quotes. We were testing for many months and therefore slowly created a delightful product that truly defined our core values as a small business. In this moment, Curious Candles was born along with the movement to… #LightLearnLove
